There are two versions of our Event Monitoring and Alerting software - a 32 bit version and a 64 version. They are essentially the same - the only difference is the architecture of Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 included with the set-up routine.

The software is compatible with Microsoft Windows XP, 2003, Vista, 2008 and 7.

The Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5, if not already present, will be installed as part of the set-up routine.

In addition, access to an SMTP server will be required.
